Overview
We are seeking a PMS & OD Specialist with strong expertise in HRMS to design, implement, and manage performance management systems and organizational development initiatives. This role will ensure the effective use of HRMS tools to enhance employee performance, engagement, and organizational growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management (PMS)
- Design, configure, and manage performance appraisal cycles within the HRMS platform.
- Set up goals, KPIs, reviews, and continuous feedback modules.
- Generate performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership.
- Train and support managers and employees on PMS processes and system usage.
Organizational Development (OD)
- Implement OD initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Support succession planning, talent development programs, and career frameworks.
- Use HRMS and people analytics data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
HRMS Administration
- Manage HRMS modules related to PMS and OD, ensuring optimal system configuration.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with IT teams and HRMS vendors to resolve issues and enhance system functionality.
- Drive automation and process improvement within HR workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HRMS, Performance Management Systems, and Organizational Development.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- HRMS, HR Analytics, or related professional certifications.
- Experience creating HR dashboards and performance reports.
- Knowledge of change management and organizational transformation practices.
