PPC Manager

As an Amazon PPC Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and optimizing our Amazon presence while working closely with a team of talented professionals. If you're passionate about e-commerce, strategy, and PPC, this is the perfect role for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on the Amazon marketplace
  • Conduct PPC audits to ensure our strategies align with industry best practices.
  • Perform daily account management of pay-per-click accounts on Google AdWords, Bing, and other search platforms.
  • Monitor and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
  • Run PPC tests and analyze & report on results.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and changes in PPC strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to achieve integrated marketing objectives.
  • Understand and analyze competitor advertising links and strategies.
  • Develop forecasts and budgets for PPC activities.
  • Provide creative ideas for advert wording and visuals.
  • Implement strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Generate monthly reporting for all key metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other KPIs.
  • Control and optimize the landing pages and the copies for all PPC campaigns.
  • Build and manage large keyword lists.
  • Manage and lead PPC team for efficiency and new initiatives

We’re Looking for Someone Who:


  • Has 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC management with at least 2 years of proven experience leading a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Is proficient with XMars (Highly preferred) Scale Insights, ClickUp, Slack, Seller Central, Data Dive, and Helium10.
  • In-depth experience with bid management tools.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
  • Familiar with multiple platforms (e.g., AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, etc.).
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Google AdWords certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Amazon Private Label or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
