Project Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, initiate, and manage projects from conception to completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budget estimation, and risk assessment.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and task execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to clients and management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement in future processes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, MBA or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction, design, or engineering sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Primavera).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and contract management.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
