Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing E-commerce store automation projects for international clients. The role requires cross-functional coordination between sales, product research, account management, and operations teams to ensure timely execution, performance optimization, and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of E-commerce automation projects
• Coordinate between sales, research, account management, and operations teams
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor store performance metrics (sales, ROI, account health, KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and internal SOPs
• Conduct regular internal progress meetings
• Prepare performance and status reports for management
• Manage client communication and resolve escalations
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements
• Ensure achievement of targets and KPIs

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• 3 years of experience in project management (E-commerce preferred)
• Strong understanding of online marketplace operations (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, etc. preferred)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (for international clients)
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
