Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients, and closing property sales in the primary and secondary markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads through calls, networking, and marketing campaigns
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Provide expert advice on property investment opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
• Follow up on inquiries and negotiate deals to close sales
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new developments
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market (preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Ability to work in a competitive and fast-paced environment
