We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Property Consultant – Abu Dhabi Market Specialist to join our team and support clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in the capital’s most desirable areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in Abu Dhabi’s residential and off‑plan properties.
• Conduct property viewings, community tours, and detailed client consultations.
• Provide expert insights on Abu Dhabi neighborhoods, pricing trends, lifestyle offerings, and investment potential.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and follow‑up to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
• Stay updated on new launches, government regulations, market shifts, and community developments.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and client interactions.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate or sales is preferred; motivated freshers with strong communication skills will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a client‑centric approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
