Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Property Consultant – Spanish Speaker to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Marikina. The Property Consultant will provide expert real estate advice, assist clients with property buying, selling, and leasing, conduct market analysis, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role involves understanding client needs, building long-term relationships, and contributing to business growth through strategic real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills with a clear understanding of market trends
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities
• Demonstrated success in Sales, with the ability to achieve targets and nurture client relationships
• Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for engaging a diverse client base
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Previous real estate experience is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
