Property Management Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Management Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage and expand our property portfolio, oversee day-to-day operations, and build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. The role also involves business development and client acquisition to support our company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new clients and properties for management.
  • Oversee daily property management operations, including tenant communication, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and lease administration.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on property performance, client acquisition, and portfolio growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management.
  • Strong background in business development and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Good understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
