Prourement Manager Building Materials Division

*We’re Hiring: Procurement Manager – Building Materials Division*

Al Zaabi Group is looking for a highly experienced *Procurement Manager* to lead our building materials division. The ideal candidate will have *10+ years of proven procurement experience*, preferably in construction, building materials, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

* *Supplier Development & Negotiation*: Identify and onboard new suppliers, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and rebate mechanisms.

* *Cost Optimization*: Drive cost savings through efficient sourcing, bulk negotiations, and supplier performance management.

* *Inventory & Stock Management*: Maintain optimal stock levels, manage reorder points, and ensure smooth forecasting.

* *Import & Logistics*: Oversee international procurement, lead time management, and ensure timely deliveries.

* *Business Expansion*: Explore new categories, subcategories, and brands for distribution partnerships.

* *Process Improvement*: Analyze current procurement systems, streamline processes, and introduce best practices.

* *Analytics & Forecasting*: Use data-driven insights for inventory control, supplier performance, and budgeting.

Requirements

* Minimum *10 years of experience* in procurement (preferably in building materials or construction).

* Strong background in *import operations, supply chain, and vendor management*.

* Excellent *analytical, negotiation, and forecasting skills*.

* Qualification in *Procurement / Supply Chain Management* is preferred.

* Proven track record of driving *cost savings, supplier development, and inventory optimization*.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
