Reports To: Managing Director.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay scale:- Rs.35,000/To 45,000- CTC

Experience:- 5+Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely supply of materials.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and stores to prevent stock-outs.
• Ensure procurement complies with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Analyze market trends, raw material prices, and supplier performance for informed decision-making.
• Prepare and manage procurement budgets, cost reports, and purchase documentation.
• Lead a team of procurement executives and coordinate cross-functionally with production, QA, and finance teams.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvements, and supplier development.
• Ensure timely resolution of procurement-related issues and disputes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement/purchase in chemical, dyes, pigments, Lake colour, food colour or manufacturing industries.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems, and procurement best practices.
• Understanding of quality requirements in chemical manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
