About the Role

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding its sales team and is looking for motivated and performance-driven Junior Property Consultants with experience in residential real estate sales.

We are building a structured sales environment focused on accountability, measurable performance, and consistent results. This role is ideal for agents who already have closing experience and want to grow within a professional real estate system.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified property buyers
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations
• Maintain accurate reporting through the company CRM system
• Follow structured sales targets and performance guidelines
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Commission Advantage

• Commission on closed deals
• Additional incentives for own leads and referral business

We Are Looking For Agents Who

• Consistently work with serious and qualified buyers
• Understand structured sales targets and reporting systems
• Demonstrate discipline, professionalism, and accountability
• Are comfortable working with defined budgets and client expectations
• Seek stable income combined with strong commission potential

This Role Is Not Suitable If

• You do not have documented closing experience
• Your sales performance is inconsistent
• You rely only on property portal leads
• You expect a fixed salary without performance responsibility
