Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Listing Agent to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role focuses on managing and coordinating property listings across Abu Dhabi, ensuring all listings are accurate, visible, and optimized to generate leads.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about real estate sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and internal CRM systems
• Ensure all listings are accurate, updated, and compliant with company and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with agents, photographers, and property owners to collect listing information
• Monitor listing performance and make updates to improve visibility and lead generation
• Remove expired or unavailable listings promptly
• Maintain organized records of properties, availability, pricing, and documentation
• Support the sales and leasing teams with listing-related administrative tasks
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends and portal guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Listing Agent, Listing Officer, Property Coordinator, or Real Estate Administrator
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines efficiently
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently while being based in Abu Dhabi
