Role Overview

We are seeking a Real Estate Property Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is driven, customer-focused, and experienced in property sales. This role involves managing client relationships, promoting available properties, and guiding clients through the full sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing processes
• Generate and manage leads through various channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property owners
• Provide clients with accurate information on market trends, pricing, and available opportunities
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up consistently
• Prepare property presentations, proposals, and required documentation
• Stay updated on new developments, communities, and market changes

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• RERA certification is an advantage
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
