Role Overview

The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions. This role is ideal for ambitious, target‑driven professionals who excel in communication, negotiation, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and company‑provided channels.
  • Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property owners.
  • Provide clients with market insights, project information, and investment guidance.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently on all leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing, listings, and admin teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar sales‑driven role (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
  • Professional appearance and a customer‑focused approach.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
