Role Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a highly driven Real Estate Sales / Investment Specialist to join its expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on advising clients on property acquisitions, sales, and investment opportunities, with a strong emphasis on delivering strategic guidance and exceptional service across the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed insights on listings, market conditions, and investment potential.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and project performance to support client decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Prepare tailored investment proposals, financial projections, and property presentations.
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions in compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.
  • Maintain updated property listings and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and investment targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or property consultancy, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, ROI analysis, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with investors and high-value clients.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
