We are currently seeking a strategic and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead, structure, and grow a results-oriented sales division focused on the Abu Dhabi market.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a professional with deep market expertise, strong investor relationships, and a proven ability to develop and manage high-performing real estate teams.

Extensive experience within the Abu Dhabi real estate market is strongly preferred and will be prioritized.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within Abu Dhabi, implementing data-driven strategies, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong and proven track record within the Abu Dhabi real estate sector, including experience managing investor portfolios, high-net-worth clients, and cross-border property transactions.

Candidates without substantial real estate sales leadership experience in Abu Dhabi will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing real estate sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans supported by market data and analytics
  • Conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to identify high-value opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and key industry stakeholders
  • Execute targeted strategies to attract both local and international clients
  • Monitor market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and economic indicators to guide pricing and positioning
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation through closing
  • Work closely with the marketing team to strengthen brand positioning and expand market presence

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of real estate sales leadership experience in Abu Dhabi (required)
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market, developers, and project ecosystem
  • Established investor network with active industry relationships
  • Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth individuals and international investors
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • International certifications such as CIPS or CCIM are considered an advantage
