About the Role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the UAE property market, and the ability to guide clients through the full real estate cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide professional guidance throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations.
• Develop a strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, including residential and investment opportunities.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and market updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and property promotions.
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
• RERA or similar real estate certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
