Role Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a driven and client-oriented Realtor to join its expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will guide clients through property transactions, provide expert market insights, and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver accurate, detailed information on listings.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, including pricing trends, regulations, and new developments.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and professional service.
• Prepare tailored property proposals and marketing materials.
• Negotiate offers and close deals in compliance with UAE real estate laws and company standards.
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Manage and update property listings across company platforms.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in real estate sales or advisory roles, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of local property laws, market dynamics, and investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
