We are seeking a skilled Realtor specializing in international clients, with fluency in Chinese, to support our growing demand from overseas investors and buyers.

Role Overview

The Realtor will focus on assisting international clients—particularly Chinese‑speaking investors, buyers, and tenants—throughout the property acquisition and leasing process. This role requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and a solid understanding of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Chinese‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and transactions.
  • Provide expert guidance on Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, investment opportunities, and community insights.
  • Manage property listings, client communication, and full transaction processes.
  • Negotiate offers and finalize agreements in line with company standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and international outreach.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Realtor or Real Estate Agent in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Experience working with international clients or investors.
  • Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
