Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Receptionist will play a key role in customer service for the dealership, including greeting customers, answering, and directing calls, and addressing basic inquiries.
- Responsible for handling all incoming office calls and properly transferring and staging calls.

Ensure that messages are correctly recorded and delivered when needed.

Receptionist must maintain a high level of confidentially regarding company and customer information.

Collecting money for cash accounts and giving correct change.

Performing all credit card transactions accurately.

Keeping receipts for all petty cash given out; reimbursed when needed.

Maintaining cash boxes daily; keeping an adequate amount of small bills and change available.
- Customer service
- Opening cashier’s window promptly.

Balancing cash boxes from previous day’s activities.

Maintain A/R Cash Receipt Vouchers (CRVs).

Prepare weekly bank deposit for cash and remote deposit checks daily.

Monitor/purchase office supplies inventory with preapproval from OM.

Preparing mail daily.

Collecting tax exempt forms from customers.

Responsible for all filing.

Make travel arrangements for company related trips for employees.

Minimum high school diploma required.

Intermediate computer skills required.
-
1 year experience or education in Accounting preferred.

1 year receptionist experience with a multi-line phone.

1 year minimum cashier experience required.

Dependable transportation; able to drive on company business required.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
