Recovery Associate is responsible for managing the receivables for mall outlets, carts, and kiosks.

This role involves tracking overdue accounts, communicating with tenants, and ensuring compliance with leasing agreements to maximize revenue recovery.

:

• Monitor and track payment schedules for mall outlets and kiosks.
• Identify overdue accounts and initiate follow-up procedures.
• Contact tenant’s representative regarding outstanding payments via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Provide clear information about payment terms and consequences of non-compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment transactions.
• Prepare regular reports on payment recovery status and outstanding balances for management.
• Ensure all payment recovery processes comply with leasing agreements and relevant regulations.
• Assist in enforcing payment policies and procedures.
• Address inquiries from tenants regarding payment issues and provide assistance as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants to encourage timely payments.
• Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• BCOM or Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in payment collections is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
