About the Role:

We are looking for a Recruitment Lead to manage and scale international hiring for our global clients. You will lead full recruitment cycles, manage sourcing teams, and ensure smooth, high-quality talent delivery across APAC.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to improve processes, strengthen pipelines, and maintain an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for international roles.
• Manage and mentor sourcing and recruitment associates.
• Understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
• Conduct screening calls and assess candidate fit.
• Improve sourcing strategies and recruitment workflows.
• Maintain organized pipelines, trackers, and reports.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance.
• Track team KPIs and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

• 2+ year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition for international clients.
• Experience guiding or managing a small recruitment team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator and ATS/CRM tools.
• Strong interviewing, reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Fluent in English and available to work APAC or EMEA hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hiring for B2B, tech, consulting, or service-based roles.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and talent mapping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
