About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition for our expanding call center and marketing teams. The role is responsible for recruitment planning, channel development, and achieving hiring targets based on business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on workforce needs

• Achieve hiring targets depending on business demand

• Manage and expand recruitment channels (online and offline)

• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and oversee onboarding

• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular progress reports

• Continuously improve recruitment efficiency and hiring conversion

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience in Call Center or Telemarketing industry

• Strong execution skills with a target-driven mindset

• Ability to work under hiring pressure and meet deadlines

• Working proficiency in English and fluency in Urdu

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred

• Experience recruiting for online gaming / entertainment industry

• Experience building teams

• Strong recruitment network in Islamabad or Lahore
