We are seeking a dedicated Residential Property Specialist to join our growing team and support clients in finding their ideal homes and investment opportunities.

Role Overview

The Residential Property Specialist will focus on guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing residential properties. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a high‑quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with purchasing, selling, and leasing residential properties
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
• Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
• Provide clients with accurate market insights, pricing guidance, and community information
• Build and maintain a strong client database
• Stay updated on residential market trends, developer launches, and pricing shifts
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Experience in residential real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of local communities, developers, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build long‑term relationships
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Real estate certification is a plus
