Sales Agent (Real Estate)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to clients
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing activities
  • Conduct property viewings and answer client inquiries
  • Negotiate sales agreements and prepare necessary documentation
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, property values, and legal requirements
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of property sales processes and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Valid real estate license (if required in your location)
  • Willingness to travel for property visits and client meetings
