Sales and Marketing (100% Commission)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a performance-based role ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to generate leads, close deals, and contribute to the growth of the business.

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, including identifying potential clients, pitching services, closing deals, and executing marketing strategies—particularly content creation for online platforms. You will receive a 90% commission on every successfully closed deal. This role is ideal for freelancers, consultants, or entrepreneurs seeking high earnings based purely on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients
• Present and pitch our services to prospective clients
• Close deals and ensure client satisfaction
• Create engaging content (posts, ads, videos, etc.) to support marketing efforts
• Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies
• Manage client communication and follow-up
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Handle all necessary tasks to achieve successful deal closure and brand growth
• Collaborate with internal teams when needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) or social media marketing
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Compensation:

• Commission Only: You will receive 90% of the value of each deal you close.
• No fixed salary.
• Potential for very high earnings based on your performance.
