Sales & Business Development Executive

A well-established and fast-growing Prop-Tech platform in the UAE real estate sector is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join its expanding team.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing partnerships with real estate agencies and developers. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for results.

Key Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Generate new leads and business opportunities in the real estate sector (B2B Sales).

⁠ ⁠Conduct meetings and presentations to demonstrate product value.

⁠ ⁠Build and maintain client relationships for long-term success.

⁠ ⁠Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

⁠ ⁠Provide feedback from the field to help refine product and strategy.

⁠ ⁠Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠2+ years of sales or business development experience (real estate/tech preferred).

⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

⁠ ⁠Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented.

⁠ ⁠Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driving license.

⁠ ⁠Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
