Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Karachi
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Process and track orders, invoices, and sales-related documents.
  • Communicate with clients to handle inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Maintain and update the customer database and CRM systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team in meeting targets and achieving business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 experiences in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
