Sales Executive

 Role Overview:

The Sales Executive is a pivotal role responsible for generating new business opportunities and 

converting them into long-term, profitable client relationships. This is a hands-on role that 

requires a hunter mentality, combining proactive lead generation through cold outreach with 

expert management of the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to closing deals and 

onboarding projects. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, a strategic thinker, and 

thrives in a target-driven environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation: 

• Conduct high-volume cold calling, emailing, and social outreach (e.g., LinkedIn) to 

generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline. 

• Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries. 

• Leverage various channels to source new project-based opportunities. 

2. Client Discovery & Needs Analysis: 

• Conduct detailed discovery calls and meetings to deeply understand prospective clients' 

business challenges, goals, and project requirements. 

• Analyze client needs to effectively position Adryd's services as the ideal solution. 

3. Solution Design & Presentation: 

• Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored, compelling service proposals and 

presentations that address specific client pain points and project specs. 

• Clearly articulate the value proposition, ROI, and competitive advantages of our 

offerings. 

4. Negotiation & Deal Closure: 

• Lead contract negotiations, addressing terms, pricing, and scope to reach mutually 

beneficial agreements. 

• Employ confident closing techniques to secure signed contracts and project kick-offs. 

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

5. Account Management & Pipeline Maintenance

• Maintain accurate, real-time records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal 

stages in the CRM system. 

• Manage a healthy and predictable sales pipeline, providing regular forecasts to 

management. 

• Ensure a smooth handover of new clients to the account management or project 

delivery team. 

Requirements & Qualifications: 

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development 

role. Prior experience in agency sales is a significant plus. 

*Cold Outreach Prowess : Proven experience and a strong comfort level with cold calling 

and other outbound lead generation strategies. 

• Sales Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. A demonstrated 

ability to sell projects and intangible services. 

• Analytical Ability: Strong understanding of service pricing models and the ability to build 

custom quotes and proposals. 

• Tech Savvy : Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and 

standard office tools (Google Workspace/MS Office). 

• Personal Attributes:

• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• A keen listener with strong problem-solving abilities. 

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 

Location: DHA Phase 4  

Working Hours: 10 AM - 6PM (Mon-Fri)
