Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, digital solutions, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy.

--->Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and digital marketing sectors.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions (web, animation, logo, and marketing services).Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure client satisfaction.Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

--->RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT or digital marketing industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.Ability to understand and sell creative digital solutions.

Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary: 45,000/- to 60,000/-Commission/Incentives: Based on target achievement.
