Sales Executive – Manpower Supply (Dubai)

Role summary
Drive revenue growth for Workforce Group’s manpower supply services across UAE markets by acquiring new clients, expanding key accounts, and ensuring high service standards and collection discipline.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly targets across construction, MEP, facilities management, logistics, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline; lead prospecting, client meetings, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate closely with operations/recruitment to align manpower availability, mobilization timelines, and SLAs; ensure accurate LPOs/POs and timely invoicing.
  • Own key accounts: account planning, cross-sell/up-sell, renewals, and receivables follow-up.
  • Track market trends, competitor rates, and client demand; recommend pricing and bid strategies.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, sales reporting, and weekly forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years B2B sales in manpower outsourcing/staffing in the UAE; strong client network in target sectors.
  • Experience in building materials, contracting and construction industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record hitting revenue, gross margin, and collection targets.
  • Strong negotiation, proposal writing, and contract closing skills; working knowledge of LPO/PO and billing cycles.
  • UAE driving license; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
