Sales Manager (Chocolate Factory)

A leading Dubai-based premium confectionery brand, known for its luxury Arabic sweets, pistachio-rich chocolates, and exclusive “Made in Dubai” products, is seeking a Sales Manager to expand its footprint across the UAE, GCC, and international travel retail markets.

Position Overview

The Sales Manager will lead business development and sales operations, driving growth in local and global markets. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and identifying new sales opportunities across duty-free, retail, hospitality, and corporate gifting channels.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify and secure new clients in travel retail, hospitality, supermarkets, and exports.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sales contracts with distributors and key accounts.

Account & Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients and distributors.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular client visits and monitor product visibility at point of sale.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor competitor activity and consumer trends to refine sales approach.
  • Provide market feedback on pricing, packaging, and promotional opportunities.
  • Support marketing and trade show participation to boost brand awareness.

Reporting & Leadership

  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Mentor junior sales staff and support cross-functional collaboration with logistics and production.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years’ proven experience in sales management within FMCG, confectionery, or luxury food products.
  • Strong network within UAE/GCC retail, travel retail, and hospitality sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic/French is an advantage).
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally for exhibitions, trade shows, and client visits.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
