We are a leading perfume company seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing – Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance both sales performance and marketing execution.

Location: DIP-2, Dubai
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and management
• Track, analyze, and report sales performance and targets
• Support and execute marketing campaigns, activations, and brand initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand visibility and merchandising standards
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing (perfume, cosmetics, or luxury industry preferred)
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Arabic
