Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in Pakistan . The role involves supporting the sales department in achieving business growth objectives through effective execution of sales strategies, customer engagement, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution & Support

• Assist sales managers in executing sales strategies and achieving targets
• Identify new sales opportunities and propose strategies to capture them
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall business development
  
  

Customer Relationship Management

• Manage customer relationships and address inquiries or concerns promptly
• Build and maintain strong connections with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  
  

Operational Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to support decision-making
  
  

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree or Honors in any discipline
• Strong understanding of Sales, particularly in Consumer Durables, Retail, or Mobile Financial Services
• Hands-on experience in Corporate Sales, Field Sales, or Mobile Accessories business is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Investment/Merchant Banking, Wholesale, Retail Store, Mobile Accessories, or Fintech Startup
• Fresh graduates with strong motivation and learning aptitude are also encouraged to apply
