Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Prepare driver data for forecasts for ST: Responsible from Snacks Category, TT Sales channel short term demand planning process via IBP Demand Engine (O9) for 0-16weeks horizon at DFU level</li><li>
Develop driver-based weekly forecast for ST: Approves &amp; review the data and model feed for completeness for all demand drivers and historical demand</li><li>
Review and adjust driver-based weekly forecast for ST: Review exceptions and Incorporate inputs from VMI (replenishments) and Customer collaboration (implants) teams into the forecast. Responsible for KPI exceptions root causing and accountable for forecast accuracy and forecast value add metrics</li><li>
Review demand fluctuations, market insights, and R&amp;Os to provide forecast scenarios</li><li>
Champion and advocate the IBP Demand planning processes and participate in Demand Control Meeting</li><li>
Work closely with the new Analytics Hub to make sure automatics drivers are appropriately incorporated and in case of manual building blocks, create a process to make them objective</li><li>
Participate in IBP sub-processes (e.g. Product Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, Integration Reconciliation, Management Business Review) and operate to the correct standard and deliver value within the demand planning domain.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience in generating accurate ST Demand Planning outputs and manage DP tools and organization at fast moving consumer goods, including advanced modelling, collaborative planning, demand sensing, promotions planning, new product introduction planning, demand shaping and demand scenarios management</li><li>
High level of credibility &amp; business acumen is required, must be commercially savvy, with strong analytical skills. Strong understanding of the IBP processes, demand planning and forecasting.</li><li>
Ability to process and resolve complex issues, establish priorities and action plans across the value chain</li><li>
Would typically have a strong forecast ability, good understanding of category dynamics and a background with sound commercial, finance &amp;supply chain understanding, including S&amp;OE, S&amp;OP and AOP experience.</li><li>
Hugely passionate advocate of the IBP process and its demand planning elements &ndash; ability to engage, build rapport &amp; trusted among the IBP participants.</li><li>

<div><div><p>We are seeking a versatile Embedded Software Engineer to work across the full depth of MCU-based automotive software-from bare-metal BSP development and AUTOSAR Classic integration to safety-critical multi-core partitioning. This role demands both breadth and depth: you will bring up hardware, configure complex middleware stacks, and ensure that safety mechanisms meet the highest automotive integrity levels.</p></div><div><p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></p></div><div><p>
Your work will span three interconnected domains of MCU software engineering:</p></div><div><ul><li> Hardware Bring-up &amp; BSP: Lead the initial power-on and functional validation of MCU platforms. Develop and maintain Board Support Packages based on SoC drivers, including I/O configuration, system initialization sequences, and Flash driver development. Utilize JTAG for low-level debugging and trace.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li> AUTOSAR Classic Integration: Integrate and configure the full ICC1 software layer, including:</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Diagnostics: DEM, DCM, J1939, OBD</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Communication: COM, Routing, SecOC, Network Management (NM)</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Memory &amp; Calibration: NVM (Flash, Calibration), XCP</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>System Services: RTE, Lifecycle, OS, Logging/DLT, Time-Sync (PTP)</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Reference Applications: Develop and maintain reference applications to validate stack functionality.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li> Multi-Core &amp; Functional Safety: Implement MPU configurations and safety mechanisms for ASIL-D compliant modules. Develop and validate safety-critical versions of software components across multi-core MCU architectures (ASIL-D and QM partitions).</li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
Candidate Profile:</b></p></div><div><p>
We need an engineer who is equally comfortable with a soldering iron's data sheet and an AUTOSAR configuration tool-someone who can bridge the gap between hardware and middleware.</p></div><div><p><b>
Core Requirements:</b></p></div><div><ul><li> Low-Level C/C++: Mastery of C and C++ for bare-metal and RTOS-based embedded environments.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li> Hardware Bring-up: Proven experience in powering on MCU/SoC platforms and validating hardware-software interfaces.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li> Driver &amp; BSP Development: Strong background in writing peripheral drivers and Board Support Packages.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li> JTAG &amp; Debugging: Expert-level experience with hardware debugging tools (e.g., Lauterbach Trace32) and trace analysis.</li></ul></div><div><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):</b></p></div><div><ul><li> Classic AUTOSAR: Experience with AUTOSAR Classic architecture, ICC1/ICC3 layers, or AUTOSAR configuration tools (e.g., Vector DaVinci, EB tresos).</li></ul></div><div><ul><li> Functional Safety (FuSa): Experience with ISO 26262, particularly ASIL-D development and freedom from interference concepts.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li> ASPICE: Familiarity with Automotive SPICE processes and quality standards.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li> Multi-Core Systems: Understanding of multi-core partitioning, core pinning, and shared resource management in safety-critical contexts.</li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
