<b>Essential Functions:</b><br>

<li>Meet and exceed revenue productivity.</li>
<li>Carry a client caseload, as assigned, to meet 60% productivity (24 billable hours per week).</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients and/or colleagues to complete lM+CANS, treatment plans, and other required documentation.</li>
<li>Understand and follow all compliance rules regarding treatment of services and contracts.</li>
<li>Understand and reflect the clinical model of the program, demonstrating principles of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.</li>
<li>Adhere to all timelines regarding documentation completion.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics.</li>
<li>Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.</li>

<b>Position Qualifications:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in a social service field preferred.</li>
<li>If master’s level, work toward clinical licensure.</li>
<li>LPC/LCPC or LSW/LCSW preferred.</li>
<li>Background check clearance required.</li>
<li>Demonstrated proficiency in Electronic Health Record documentation and review required.</li>
<li>Clinically trained and experience using best practices as well as experience working with a variety of client ages, issues, and symptoms preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards preferred.</li>
<li>Experience establishing and maintaining collaborative community partnerships preferred.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.</li>
<li>Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.</li>
<li>Must Have:</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency required.</li>
<li>Access to reliable transportation required.</li>
