THE ROLE

At Open Influence, our mission is to help brands create alongside extraordinary human beings. As an Associate Account Manager, your mission is to help facilitate the meaningful partnership between both these brands and creators.

You&rsquo;ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of superior client service for various Open Influence clients, with support from a more senior leader on our team. You&rsquo;ll use your deep understanding of influencer marketing strategy to lead the execution of influencer campaigns, from kickoff to reporting. You will act as a liaison between internal departments, brands, and influencers to ensure campaign strategy is successfully executed, manage talent fulfillment of campaign deliverables, and analyze campaign KPIs to optimize based on key learnings.

Role &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Responsible for supporting, managing and executing post-sale influencer campaigns including adherence to campaign timelines and deliverables with support and mentorship from a senior lead.</li>
<li>Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for influencers and/or key clients alike, while maintaining strategies to meet brand business objectives</li>
<li>In tandem to leading your own projects, AAMs are responsible for supporting more complex projects managed by senior leads. Support frequently looks like taking lead on project management and creator onboarding/communications.</li>

This position will be responsible for managing and directing all field sales activities to maintain and develop unit and dollar sales in the assigned territory. The Territory Manager will create and execute a Quarterly Account Plan (QAP) that will focus on top accounts and high value opportunities. The QAP will also require the territory manager to track market conditions, sales opportunities, and threats from competitors to increase territory sales. Individual will also be responsible for training surgeons and ancillary medical personnel on all proprietary implantable devices, equipment, and surgical procedures in the operating room. The ideal candidate will be based in Northern California as the territory consists of the SF Bay area, Greater Sacramento, and Reno, NV.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Effectively plan and build relationships to conduct sales presentations, meeting customers in person on a daily basis.

You will report to the office&rsquo;s Principals and Director of Operations primarily, and to the Director of Business Services for accounting, and the Chief Operating Officer and the Director of Human Resources for firmwide policies and the firmwide administrative/accounting support team.</li><li>Project Accountant duties: Duties include, but are not limited to the following and can expand if capacity is available:</li></ul>o Project accounting/invoicing/project billing: Generate monthly invoices; coordinate with PMs and Principals for changes and to ensure accuracy with any requirements under the contract; submit invoices to client; process subconsultant A/P invoices.o Project set up in Deltek including the project team, budgets, phases/tasks, and sub consultants.o Contracts: Work with project teams to ensure contract compliance and understanding of contract terms; tracking for signatures and end dates; coordinate with PMs and Principals as needed for follow up and additional services or change letters.o Project management/financial health: Analysis and reporting support; monitor, communicate and resolve accounting issues related to assigned projects with PMs and Principals; assist with follow through to recover losses; detail remedies for overages in a monthly Financial Health Report in Deltek.o Expenses: Collect and verify expense receipts from staff, enter expenses into Deltek, submit expense report and backup to the Business Office for payment.o Monthly A/R reporting and collecting: Coordinate with Principal/Director of Office Operations and Business Office for follow up on late payments and record updates in a monthly A/R report.<ul><li>Office Manager duties: Responsible for support to the front desk, and miscellaneous office support and organization, including but not limited to:</li></ul>o General office: Assist the Principals/Directors of Operations manage daily administrative office functions (e.g., receiving guests, mail, phones, supplies orders, coordinating vendors or maintenance), coordinate/manage office calendar, time off requests, and events to support office culture (e.g., lunches, picnics, presentations).o Timesheets: Review, make edits to and approve staff timesheet entries.o Workload planning: Facilitate entries and updates to Deltek Resource Planning in coordination with Project Managers.o Internal reporting &ndash; complete various bi-weekly and monthly reporting duties for the office including financial health, sales, accounts receivable, and workload reporting.o Document production: formatting, layout, text flow, picking up edits, proof reading, meeting note transcription.o Meetings coordination - for meetings with multiple attendees; conference room and virtual meeting room booking; meeting room set up/clean up.o Subconsultant coordination, including certificates of insurances, W9 forms, drafting and tracking contracts, etc.Experience and Qualifications for Success &ndash; What We&rsquo;d Like to SeeTo accomplish these responsibilities, you must be able to manage competing priorities, think critically and creatively, work as part of a collaborative team in an open environment, and maintain a sense of humor and camaraderie. Job Description Summary: 
The People Concern is partnered with the Department of Health Services (DHS) and their Housing for Health (HFH) Program to provide housing and Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) to persons experiencing homelessness. The Project-based Housing Program houses individuals transitioning from homelessness in subsidized housing units that are attached to supportive services.
 Project-based Housing clients are linked to ICMS case managers who provide home-based and field-based interventions clinical services while employing trauma-informed care and harm reduction approaches. Clients in our programs are a diverse group with complex trauma experiences complicated by medical, mental health and substance use barriers. Clients remain in the program for as long as they require subsidized housing. For many individuals this may mean their entire lifetime.
 The Program Manager is responsible for daily oversite of the ICMS Teams based in the Project-based Housing sites. This includes assistance with client crisis management, coordination of services, and clinical supervision to case management team. The Program Manager serves as the primary liaison between the agency’s DHS HFH program staff and the ICMS team, ensuring funder standards are met. They also support collaborative working relationships with site-based partners including property managers, housing developers, and local community resources.
 
Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Bachelors-level Case Managers and Masters-level Clinical Case Managers.</li>
<li>Facilitate weekly team meetings and case consultation utilizing a trauma-informed care lens and harm reduction approach.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other Housing Department teams, DHS supports, and community partners to develop creative interventions focused on improving the safety and well-being of our most marginalized clients.</li>
<li>Assist with client crisis management which includes assessment for voluntary and involuntary psychiatric hospitalizations.</li>
<li>Be available to respond to emergency calls and situations on a 24-hour basis with support from direct clinical supervisor and Housing Department Directors.</li>
<li>Ensure all documentation, charting, and data collection for program clients is complete, timely, and accurate through on-going audits of electronic data bases and chart reviews.</li>
<li>In coordination with the Project-based Housing Director, provide budgetary oversight of program administration and ensure program revenue and expenses are within the annual budget.</li>
<li>Hire and manage staffing of ICMS team and ensuring staff are adequately trained and abide by all agency and department policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist in the screening, assessment, and enrollment of clients, including orientation to program policies, resources, and goals.</li>
<li>Ensure case management staff are linking clients to appropriate services and utilizing a “Whatever It Takes” approach. Case Managers will provide assistance with locating and securing housing, connection to community resources, government and state benefits, medical, mental health and substance use services.</li>
<li>Provide support and containment to team in the event of client death and/or traumatic incident. Coordinate or provide debriefing when appropriate.</li>

Job Description Qualifications:

<li>MSW, MFT, LPC or PsyD (supervision hours are available for this position) preferred, or 3 years of equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years’ of management experience, including administrative and clinical supervision of staff.</li>

<li>Knowledge of the criminal justice system plus.</li>
