   Own and manage a portfolio of key accounts within the food delivery vertical.

   Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring consistent alignment with their business goals and our platform&rsquo;s capabilities.

   Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple locations to drive the growth and success of your accounts.

   Lead the implementation of new projects and initiatives within your portfolio.

   Handle partner escalations effectively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

   Provide on-boarding, training, and ongoing support for new partners joining the platform.

   Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans in collaboration with partners.

   3&ndash;5 years of experience in eCommerce, FMCG Sector.
  </li>
  <li>
   A track record in commercial, client-facing, or account management roles.

   Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.

   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience in B2B negotiations and relationship management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus.

   Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
