Job description:Job Responsibility (Customer Invoicing/Invoicing to Customers (Billing)* Prepares invoices, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.* Make WHT statements and returns on a monthly basis.* Make a sales tax return report on a monthly basis.* Prepare various federal and state income tax returns.* Prepare/review other various tax filings: annual reports, intangible tax, and sales tax research projects.* Assist in federal and state audits.* Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit &amp; loss statements, etc.* Reconciling the company&rsquo;s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.* Generating the company&rsquo;s financial reports using income and expenditure data.* Follow-ups and communication with customers for the recovery of payments and resolving their billing issues.* Experience with accounting software and data entry.* Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).* Good knowledge of journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.  About The Job
 
 
 
 Accounts Receivable management in the MENA region is charged with maintaining accurate ledgers of our receivables to enable efficient collections to support the firm&rsquo;s cash and liquidity. We are looking for exceptional account receivable specialists to join our Account Receivable Management Team (ARMT) to resolve unidentified cash accounts, to take care of AR adjustments and refunds, and client/interfirm account reconciliations working with other finance teams and engagement teams, by systematically resolving and following up AR processes and escalating problematic cases.

 Your Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Being responsible for AR ledgers of a group of countries in the region:
 </li>
 <li>
 Interacting with AR Cash application team to provide them with accurate information on the required allocation of certain client payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Using your communication skills and process knowledge to obtain payment information from onshore finance teams and client serving teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Following and developing a protocol to enable payment identification and timely allocation and using your problem-solving skills to try and build sustainable solutions to removing obstacles related to the payment allocation process
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively monitor unapplied cash and on account payments, conduct the necessary research to identify and apply these, and assist in cash application corrections
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate and resolve internal engagement team&rsquo;s queries regarding allocation, reallocation, and checking of remittance in the bank statement
 </li>
 <li>
 Working on client&rsquo;s refund by obtaining necessary approvals and other process documents, coordinating with the firm&rsquo;s AP department to ensure a timely resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Interacting with the firm&rsquo;s IFM department to resolve payment allocation issues related to interfirm accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Process and ways of working development: constantly seeking better ways of working across the client engagement-to-cash lifecycle and working with engagement teams, the cash application team and other finance teams to help improve their processes and practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Generating customer statements, balance confirmations etc; Working with client AP departments around account reconciliations

 2+ years of finance experience, with particular emphasis on accounts receivable, cash application, billing and collections

 Experience using SAP
 </li>
 <li>
 For internal candidate a knowledge of our engagement lifecycle with an understanding of our cash application processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive to identify root cause issues and support remediation efforts, through a relentless problem-solving ethos
