 What You Will Lead
 
 
 
 &bull; Growth and expansion of municipal water and wastewater services in Houston
 
 
 &bull; Client relationships with City of Houston departments, MUDs, and public agencies
 
 
 &bull; Proposal development and interview leadership
 
 
 &bull; Winning and delivering two to three significant municipal projects annually
 
 
 &bull; Technical oversight, QA/QC, and team mentorship
 
 
 &bull; Development of regional strategy and long-term client partnerships
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 
 &bull; B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university
 
 
 &bull; Texas Professional Engineer license
 
 
 &bull; 10+ years of municipal water and wastewater experience
 
 
 &bull; Direct experience with City of Houston or comparable Texas municipalities
 
 
 &bull; Proven success in client development and proposal leadership
 
 
 &bull; Strong knowledge of water distribution, wastewater collection, lift stations, force mains, storage, and treatment systems
 
 
 &bull; Ability to lead teams and deliver projects on schedule and within budget
