The Manager ensures that all technology and architecture initiatives support Noatum Ports&rsquo; goals of operational efficiency, business continuity, automation readiness, and sustainability through innovative digital solutions.</div>

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Noatum Ports&rsquo; enterprise and terminal IT architecture (network, servers, storage, applications, and cloud environments). 
Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, technology standards, and integration frameworks across terminals. 
Ensure system scalability, performance optimization, and high availability to support 24/7 port operations. 
Establish infrastructure policies and guidelines to maintain consistent and secure deployments across locations. 
Collaborate with Corporate IT, Operations, and Business Units to design and implement digital transformation initiatives (IoT, AI, data analytics, automation).

Maintain architecture documentation for end-to-end data and system flow across all terminal and corporate platforms. 
Ensure all IT systems comply with corporate cybersecurity policies, data protection regulations, and ISO standards. 
Implement governance models for software deployment, configuration management, and lifecycle control. 
Support internal and external IT audits and ensure continuous compliance with Noatum Ports&rsquo; IT governance framework. 
Lead or oversee IT infrastructure and application rollout projects across terminals, ensuring timely and quality delivery. 
Coordinate with local terminal IT teams, vendors, and contractors for project execution.
