The Opportunity

We are seeking a strong Accounting Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting month‑end close, and strengthening our internal controls framework. The Accounting Manager must possess strong analytical skills, deep understanding of GAAP, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment. 


Responsibilities

<li>Manage all financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Review the creation of and own the maintenance of project-level accounts, ensuring all postings, allocations, accruals, and payments are completed on schedule.</li>
<li>Review monthly job reports and proactively identify risks, margin erosion, underbillings, overbillings, or schedule affecting issues.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, addressing any discrepancies or financial issues that arise during the project lifecycle to ensure proper percentage of completion accounting for all projects.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales teams regarding billing, payments, and project financials, resolving any issues that may arise.</li>

<li>Ensure correct application of percentage of completion accounting, aligning with project lifecycle and delivery phases.</li>
<li>Support the accounting team in overseeing aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.</li>

Requirements
