 We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Staff Accountant to join our finance team in Istanbul. In this role, you will ensure accuracy, compliance, and the smooth flow of trade operations across multiple EMEA locations. You will report directly to the Regional Controller based in the Netherlands, gaining exposure to cross-border processes and best practices.

   Perform account reconciliations (bank, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts).
  </li>

   Support the month-end and year-end closing process, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  </li>

   Prepare and review basic financial reports.
  </li>

   Assist with the preparation and submission of tax filings for different jurisdictions (VAT, corporate tax, etc.).

   Ensure proper classification of expenses and revenues.

   Support internal and external audits.
  </li>

   Collaborate with the finance team on process improvement and automation initiatives.

   Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
