 Responsibilities
 
 
 Functional Roles and Responsibilities&nbsp;
 
 &bull; Understanding the needs of outsources labour from operation/ execution team and negotiates/ source the best buy through outsource market.&nbsp;
 
 &bull; Maintain necessary documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/information.Maintain and update all necessary records, files and database&nbsp;
 
 &bull; Liaise with the maintenance department to ensure the repairs/works are carried out in an efficient manner&nbsp;
 
 &bull; Raise LPO&lsquo;s, and ensure timely follow up of the payments.&nbsp;
 
 &bull; Coordinate / arrange to collect payments from the client, circulate a copy to the management update payment tracker, and forward it to accounts.&nbsp;
 
 &bull; Coordinate with human resources and HRSS department for arranging medical insurance card/ claim, EIDA card, ATM card etc&hellip;for existing staffs/new joiners and ensure smooth settling in of new joiners. Periodic visit to camp for it inspection and handling camp related staff issues.&nbsp;
 
 &bull; Provide monthly reports to payroll with regards to employee&rsquo;s attendance, overtime, leave and all related information, to enable accurate and timely processing of monthly salaries.&nbsp;
 
 &bull; Assist front line and back of house departments with any administration related queries.&nbsp;
 
 &bull; Resolve any issues within scope of accountability and communicate outcome to appropriate parties:, telephones, printers, pantry equipment, projector etc.&nbsp;
 
 &bull; Manage and coordinate for general office upkeep initiating and implementing improvements where necessary.

The role ensures accurate processing of accounting transactions, supports payables and month-end activities, and maintains compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Act as the primary liaison between the local Finance team and the SSC, monitoring transaction processing and following up on outstanding issues.</li><li>
Support accounts payable processes and expense report reviews, ensuring proper documentation and accurate coding of invoices and expenses.</li><li>
Follow up on pending approvals and resolve payment-related queries.</li><li>
Assist with general ledger activities, including reconciliations and posting support.</li><li>
Support month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.</li><li>
Coordinate with the SSC to resolve discrepancies, variances, and posting issues.</li><li>
Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.</li><li>

Qualifications:
