Larrabee Center, one of our valued partners, is looking for an Aesthetician to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic located in Seattle, Washington. 
The ideal candidate will have a love for the aesthetic industry, a deep understanding of advanced skincare treatments, and exceptional customer service skills. We are seeking someone with a passion for collaboration, who is eager to help both the team and patients achieve their goals. A willingness to learn, train, and grow within the industry is essential. 
Work Schedule: 
This is a part-time position. The role is onsite with flexible working hours, within Monday to Thursday. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li> 
 Provide high-quality skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a personalized experience for every patient.</li><li> Support Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons during pre- and post-operative exams, assisting in patient care and follow-up.</li><li> Manage appointments efficiently by adhering to the scheduled time, ensuring smooth and timely transitions between treatments.</li><li> Greet clients warmly, escort them to and from treatment rooms, and ensure they feel appreciated and valued at every stage of their visit.</li><li> Conduct thorough client consultations, obtaining information about contraindications and performing skin evaluations to determine the suitability of various treatments.</li><li> Advise clients on skincare products and recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimens based on their specific skin concerns and goals.</li><li> Build rapport with clients by engaging in meaningful conversation during treatments, discussing topics of mutual interest to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.</li><li> Stay up to date on the latest product knowledge to promote and sell both spa services and retail skincare products effectively.</li><li> Ensure compliance with all esthetic protocols, including proper chemical usage, cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment to uphold clinic safety and hygiene standards.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li> 
 Valid Esthetician License.</li><li> Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aesthetics field, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.</li><li> Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, educate them on treatments, and provide clear follow-through on their care plans.</li><li> Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery environment is preferred.</li><li> Proficient in performing consultations, cross-promoting services and skincare products, and demonstrating the ability to close sales effectively.</li><li> Hands-on experience with a wide range of treatments, including facials, chemical peels, Dermaplaning, and advanced procedures such as cosmetic lasers, light-based therapy, micro-needling, and/or CoolSculpting.</li><li> Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols to recommend the best options for each client&rsquo;s unique needs.</li></ul> 
Compensation: 
The salary for this position is $22/hour, depending on experience, with additional performance-based incentives and benefits.

What You Will Do
Guest Experience &amp; Skincare Services
<ul><li>Provide professional and personalized facial treatments, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients.
</li><li>Perform additional aesthetic services, including hair removal, as per spa standards and guest preferences.
</li><li>Advise guests on skincare routines and recommend suitable retail products to enhance their results.

</li></ul>Operational Excellence
<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms and staff lounges.
