Role Purpose</b></h2>

The Associate Manager &ndash; Infrastructure is responsible for leading and managing a multidisciplinary team of Infrastructure Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Network Engineers, Storage Specialists, Backup &amp; Disaster Recovery Consultants, ITSM Consultants, and Infrastructure Architects.<br>
The role oversees the planning, assessment, consulting, architecture, implementation, and delivery of enterprise infrastructure solutions across customer environments. This includes Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Virtualization, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Data Center Modernization, Backup &amp; Disaster Recovery, Storage Infrastructure, Network Infrastructure, IT Service Management (ITSM), and Infrastructure Automation solutions.<br>

Infrastructure services practice leadership</b></p><ul><li>
Lead and manage the Infrastructure Solutions &amp; Services practice.</li><li>
Establish delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices.</li><li>
Define infrastructure service offerings and delivery frameworks.</li><li>
Drive capability development and technical excellence across the team.</li><li>
Build and maintain infrastructure solution reference architectures.</li><li>
Develop service delivery models aligned with customer requirements.</li><li>

Solution Design &amp; Consulting Leadership</b></p><ul><li>

Provide executive-level consulting and advisory services.</li><li>

10 years of experience in infrastructure technologies and enterprise IT environments.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical delivery teams.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>
Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure transformation programs.</li><li>
Strong consulting and customer engagement experience.</li><li>
Experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams.</li><li>
Strong financial and commercial awareness.</li><li>
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>
Experience working in enterprise and service provider environments.</li><li>
