 Handle customer complaints and service requests (related to reporting and data analysis) within defined SLA while achieving highest level of quality and data accuracy in response.

 Conduct testing and validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, reliability, and quality.

 Provide support by participating in cross functional teams of projects required data and analytics function.

 Contribute to maintaining data definitions, metadata documentation, and KPI catalog in alignment with the organization&rsquo;s data governance framework.

 Maintain and create knowledge of organizational content in data, analytics techniques, BI tools, data development, and best practices.

 Support measurement of Zain performance across business domains to guide the process of Zain activities in co-ordination with relevant stakeholders, draw the SMART road map of the enterprise business intelligence unit, and align Zain and BI vision and missions
 </li>

 Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately
