Job Title: Fleet Management SpecialistDepartment: Operations / LogisticsReports To: Fleet ManagerJob PurposeThe Fleet Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and optimizing the company&rsquo;s vehicle fleet to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, safety compliance, and maximum vehicle availability.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, utilization, and availability</li><li>Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, servicing, repairs, and inspections</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards</li><li>Track fuel consumption, mileage, and operating costs; identify cost-saving opportunities</li><li>Coordinate with drivers, vendors, workshops, and insurance providers</li><li>Maintain accurate fleet records, documentation, licenses, and registrations</li><li>Investigate and report accidents, violations, and insurance claims</li><li>Support fleet audits and prepare periodic performance and cost reports</li><li>Implement fleet management systems and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Fleet availability and utilization rate</li><li>Maintenance cost per vehicle</li><li>Fuel efficiency and consumption variance</li><li>Downtime reduction</li><li>Compliance and safety incident rate</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in fleet management or transportation operations</li><li>Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet cost control</li><li>Experience with fleet management systems and reporting tools</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong organizational and coordination skills</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Attention to detail and documentation accuracy</li><li>Good communication and stakeholder management</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience in FMCG, distribution, or large-scale fleet operations</li><li>Knowledge of local traffic laws and compliance requirements</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From KD750.000 per month
