 About The Role
 
 
 
 As a Airport Operations Control Center Officer, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Allocation of the parking stands of HIA through the Gate Management System in order to accommodate the traffic according to the safety restrictions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Day to day flight data processing and validation on the operational day and the next day in the Airport Operational Data base.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update the Airport Operational Data base of all operational data changes within a range from the day of operations plus 6 days.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring of data flow on all AOCC systems in order to ensure accuracy and quality of data to all stakeholders and airport users.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the AOCC systems and its relative interfaces performance in order to secure the operation of the shift and to active contingency measures if required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor Electronics Visual Information Display System and staff information system performance and ensuring data accuracy for all passenger traffic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring of the approach radar, Advanced - Surface Movement Guidance &amp; Control System Radar, VHF Aeronautical frequencies and HIA updates in order to deliver the Ten Miles Out and Acting Landing times to all Stakeholders.

 High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience

 Attended Airport/Airline operations courses i.e., passenger, ramp and cargo
 </li>

 &squf; Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments including external companies to align document
 
 
 control processes with project or operational needs.
 
 
 &squf; Provide technical support to departments for document retrieval &amp; management and resolve document
 
 
 related queries and issues.
 
 
 &squf; Generate periodic reports to management on document control activities, compliance status, and
 
 
 performance metrics.
 
 
 &squf; Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation through corrective actions.
 
 
 &squf; Provide support and guidance to junior staff on document control processes, systems, and best practices.
 
 
 &squf; Ensure proper version tracking and prevent the use of obsolete or uncontrolled documents.
 
 
 &squf; Support the coordination of document translation for internal and external communications when required.
 
 
 &squf; Assist line manager in process improvement initiatives to enhance document workflow efficiency.
 
 
 &squf; Act as a point of contact for document-related queries and provide technical support as needed.
 
 
 &squf; Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Depart

 High school qualification / Vocational qualification/ Diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years of Job related experience

 Bachelors degree or equivalent with minimum 1 years of job related experience
 </li>

 Previous experience in E Doc, Share point , Auto desk and Aconex
 </li>
 <li>
 Competent in the usage of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
