 Steer Studios is Looking for a 3D Animator to deliver High-quality animations for the games; As an Animator, you would work closely with the Art, Design, Tech, and Dev team to create high-quality game animations and videos.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understand the Features and Events of the game and should be able to ideate meaningful animations, which will support the game design, UX, and interaction design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to communicate Feature Flow and Storytelling with Visuals and Great Animations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work in Any style of Animation (Cartoony, wonky, Snappy, limited, or any other)
 </li>
 <li>
 Fundamental understanding of Animation principles, Rigging, Bones, and graph editor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with Acting and Optimization in Animation (Bones count, Number of frames limitation, Animation library creation, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in 3D animation software (e.g., Maya, MotionBuilder, Unity 3D).2D animation will be a plus too.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and manage Documentation for Animation, Rigging, and VFX.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Unity or Unreal should be able to integrate the assets in the game engine.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of Animation principles such as 'timing,' 'weight,' Follow Through, Motion and Acting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of human and animal body mechanics and anatomy. (Biped and Quadruped Animation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solving problems by Providing Solutions and participating in game Animation creativity that enhances the quality of the features and supports game development
 </li>
 <li>
 Planned, delivered, documented, and adjust/improve, complex animation motion graphs, to produce fluid in-game animation.
 </li>

 Qualifications and Key Skills:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of experience in Game Animations, should work on at least 2-3 Published game titles as an Animator. Excellent Showreel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record of working as a 3D Animator on a mobile/Console game.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine and can support the Animation integration pipeline for Game and UI animation and can work on solving the related Bugs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in optimizing Animations with frame rate and Bones count.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Rigging and Skinning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Should be able to work on the VFX in Maya, Max, or Unity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good Artistic skills Should be able to draw thumbnail sketches or key poses for the scene before animating into 3D software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work on Storyboard for the Game prototypes, Features Flow, or Game Trailers
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to guide and supervise juniors for better Animation quality and Workflow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in reviews; respond to critical feedback professionally and contribute feedback to your peers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate expert understanding of how animation supports gameplay and narrative with the ability to communicate these links to the team.
 </li>

Job Description 
Job Purpose:
As a Kids Club Entertainer/Animator 1 at Fairmont The Red Sea, your mission is to create a playful, safe, and enriching environment for our youngest guests. You support the delivery of engaging activities that inspire creativity, movement, and fun bringing the SLS flair to every game, craft, and storytelling session. This role requires energy, care, and attention to detail, ensuring that each child feels welcomed, valued, and safe throughout their time in the Kids Club.
Duties &amp; Functions:<ul><li>Assist in the daily operation of the Kids Club, supporting the scheduled activities and ensuring children are engaged, safe, and entertained.</li><li>Supervise children aged 4&ndash;12 during structured and free-play sessions, maintaining constant visual contact and ensuring their well-being at all times.</li><li>Prepare and set up activity areas before each session and ensure all materials are cleaned, stored, or replenished afterward.</li><li>Greet young guests and their families warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about the day&rsquo;s offerings.</li><li>Maintain awareness of each child&rsquo;s needs, including any allergies, special requirements, or behavioral considerations, and act accordingly in collaboration with the Supervisor.</li><li>Lead and participate in group activities including arts &amp; crafts, themed games, music sessions, fitness mini-classes, storytelling, and role-play scenarios.</li><li>Animate themed events, special moments, or surprise engagements tailored for young guests, contributing to the creation of memorable family experiences.</li><li>Adjust activity delivery based on group size, energy levels, or feedback, ensuring all children are included and having fun.</li><li>Help facilitate seasonal programs, holiday-themed events, and pop-up play zones under guidance from the Supervisor.</li><li>Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and hygiene standards established by the hotel and local regulations.</li><li>Monitor the Kids Club area to prevent accidents and respond immediately to incidents, escalating to the Supervisor as needed.</li><li>Follow check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring children are released only to approved guardians and that accurate records are maintained.</li><li>Support daily cleaning routines and ensure play equipment and supplies are well maintained and sanitized regularly.</li><li>Work closely with the Kids Club Supervisor and fellow Entertainers to deliver a consistent, coordinated experience throughout the day.</li><li>Attend briefings and contribute creative ideas for programming and themed activities.</li><li>Assist with the training and onboarding of new Kids Club team members when required.</li><li>Report any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or unusual guest behavior to the Supervisor promptly.</li></ul>
